Lucky then, South Wales police on the news proudly announcing 500+ fines issues last week. Gwent similar.
And the Welsh Government calling for "Enforcement First" approach.
We had them rounding up kids on sledges here last week.
OK, but I am going my own experience and that is what I shall continue to do. Back in Tier 3 December I saw a couple of coppers in Coventry city centre bibbed up in blue, but they weren't harassing anyone for any reason. Other than that, there have been few local police-influenced signs of lockdowns. All the signage and a lot of the 'social distancing' pavement stickers have been installed by local councils.
Of the various videos doing the rounds on Twitter, many of these may be played by 'crisis actors'.
