A question I have for everyone..
How many people can you count who you know personally have you seen hospitalized by the rona or have been a fatality ( just because of the rona and nothing else). Not your mothers aunts best friends grandad type of thing ...
I know of noone..
I know personally roughly 20 people who have had it. About half had symptoms lasting 3-5 days or so. Flu like (including my parents and family in their 70s). Confirmed with tests plus symptoms.
A few others had it symptoms and confirmed with a test but only felt crappy for an evening.
A few others had PCR positive and no symptoms, a few of those were confirmed via AB tests 3 months later.
Several of these are relatives who have one thing in common - they all work in hospitals.
Another worked in a pharmacy (with proper ppe).
I haven't knowingly had it myself but its perfectly possible i did and remained asymptomatic.
I've got 1 close relative seriously ill in hospital with it (as in developed it and admitted purely because of it).
Interestingly the secondary attack rate in household seems quite low. I only know of 1 case where more than 1 person in a house got it from the other.
3/4 of these people are in this winter wave not the initial March burst. Also hearing indirectly of far more people i know or know of that this time have it but not before.
I'm also in the part of Wales with some of the highest rates in the UK and for a time, the world.
There is growing opposition in leicester.
The newly formed National Alliance for freedom from lockdowns now has a local leicester group.
We are not helped by the media no platforming our existence as they do not want the public to know there is any resistance.
Anyone who wants to regain our freedoms is welcome to become a supporter.

By my best estimate, and allowing for a margin of error of say, roughly 10-15%, the figure would be approximately...
...zero.
Yup. Nobody. Personne. Niemand. Никто.
...And I think it's likely loads of us had it last year and never even noticed it. For most people it's little more than sniffles.
I had something odd last year jan 14th to be exact ( I remember the date exactly) it lasted 1 week but the wierd cough dragged on a few weeks. I thought it was a bad cold and the dictir was stumped with the wierd symptoms especially the odd cough.i treated it st home the same as I would a bad cold..
I know more people that have enjoyed the time off than I know flawed by it..
