This is a bad move, removing the comments section.
An American website did the same thing beef they died want the wokerati coming after them to get the site removed. I don't read it as regularly as I did before and I would guess they've lost a lot of other readers as well.
The comments section was often as good a source of information as the articles themselves, as well as being a community which helped a few people who were really struggling with lockdown.
The forums may be ok, but they're not as good as a substitute for the btl comments section.
And my comment of a couple of minutes ago has completely disappeared, and I have no idea why.
This is a conversation-killer, and is going to drive readers away.
I totally understand Toby and co not wanting to stay up into the early hours of the morning, and redesigning the website to accommodate that, but removing the comments section is a big mistake.
Oh dear!
It used to be easy to scroll up and down comments and see replies and new comments.
Now - meh!
Now I must admit even "above the line" (an inaccurate statement now of course) it seems to be endless graphs showing what we mostly already know.

Will compile a list of the forums all the usual suspects are using daily as well as vaccine passport circumvention tips
How do you post a new comment on this forum? I can't see an option to do this - only the ability to reply to one already posted! First time visit to the Forum. I was looking for comments section - one is supposed to be able to comment on individual articles but I can't see any link to this site to do that - only external ones like Facebook or Linked In. I don't subscribe to any of the options listed. I want to restrict my communications just to Lockdown Sceptics only.
