Does anyone have more information about the recent false positives on the Mein Schiff 6 cruise ship? However, this was despite the crew and passengers on the ship being completely isolated from the outside world. Does anyone know if the first tests were the same PCR test that we get over here? If so, this is a massive 100% false positive rate, and raises some very serious questions over the tests.

The Greek Reporter article refers to passengers needing a negative PCR result before they're allowed on board, so presumably the same test is used for the crew.

It says:
"A dozen staff had, at first, been confirmed as having Covid-19 following routine tests on 150 of the 666-strong crew – but now at least six have returned different results. The second test was undertaken using rapid testing equipment on board, while the initial results were from an external laboratory."

It looks like they just tested 150 out of 666 crew and 992 passengers. Out of this 150, they got 12 positive results. So there is a total prevalence (false+positive) of 8%, which is quite high. Using reasonable estimates of sensitivity of 80% and specificity of 97.5%, we get 9 true and 3 false - a false positive rate of only 28%.
Now this is interesting, because if all these 9 true positives were consequently found to be false, it means that they truly detected non-infectious bits of virus and even true positives are largely meaningless.
Can someone else confirm if this makes sense?

It's not an easy topic, but it's pretty simple.
PCR tests are not for diagnostics. Their inventor Kary Mullis said that himself. Doctor O'Shea explained the whole diagnostics of this covid and even announced that he is willing to give a prize of $5000 to anyone who can prove him, that covid exists. Since then (mid June), no claims been made.
