Well on another note on the issue of masks I had a scary experience.i was charging my car at a charger which is in car park by some woods.it was starting to get dark.another guy pulled up then and we were chatting while he waited to use it.another car pulled up and out of the blue a very big guy walked over wearing the scariest mask.it had fangs and blacked out teeth. I jumped out of my skin ( so did the first guy) and I wont expand on the the language i used as i was so frightened.the thing is the guy was a big black man ( sorry dont know if that's PC or not) and the mask was dark so it actually looked like part of his face.the thing is if he had laughed or explained he was wearing it as a joke it might have helped but he was deadpan serious and didnt smile but looked angry ( he had had a bad day and had to wait for the charger) .i said to the first guy thank god you were there as i felt safer .if i had been on my own in that dark car park i would have been truly terrified.i dont think it was a joke and has trivialised the whole issue of masks and shows it for what it is..a useless piece of rag.
The next thing ( not the first time).i was in a shop maskless as always.usually about 30 seconds after i enter the tannoy comes on .i have no idea if it's a coincidence or the fact i am likely on CCTV in the shop so it's used.some DJ droning on about masks keeping everyone safe in the shop ect ect except this one " if it matches your handbag ladies well what a bonus" and " why not see your mask as a fashion accessory". Honest to god I had had enough and walked out.
So that's another side to the face nappies.
All day I think I was alone in my non mask wearing.
