The first thing that jumps out from Table 2 is that the antibody test result were basically the same for both groups, as expected, but the difference between diagnosed COVID-19 cases between the two groups, 5 and 10, is the same as those who had a positive RT/PCR test in the second group.

Was the positive RT/PCR test the only diagnosis criteria used for those extra 5 COVID-19 cases in the second group? Or was it in addition to clinical observed symptoms of a respiratory infection. Chest x-ray etc. ?

Could it be that the only difference between the two test groups COVID-19 incident rates was due to the RT/PCR positive test results of those 5 people in the control group.
