Please tell me how Boris Johnson changed the law of the UK without any other MP being present. He literally waited until they had all left for their country homes then just passed the law, all on his own, just like that.

I think he has gone insane. There should be a check on him, which is what we normally have by cabinet govt, democracy, voting etc.
Can anyone explain please?
I can't explain but totally agree Boris Johnson is a very very dangerous individual, who now poses the greatest threat to our nation since Adolf Hitler, this man has to be stopped.
I think the most effective and easiest way for this to happen is for the 1922 committee to oust him internally.
Those living in a Conservative seat, l do not, please write to your MP expressing your concerns about this dangerous individual.
This man's whole life has been one lie after another, he would not know the truth if it hit him on the backside with a banjo, he literally has to be removed from office. A new PM then has to instigate the GBD, so there is consistent policy to deal with Covid but allow businesses to continue operating, and allow some degree of social interaction, if not the whole nation is going to go insane, if this current situation continues as predicted for 2 or 3 more years. Humans are primates, close social interaction is absolutely essential to them!!!!
Wasting your time - Graham Brady (1922 chairman) capitulated in the vote on Lockdown and my Conservative MP (Mims Davies - Mid Sussex) never replies to my emails and sounds like a lockdown fan girl anyway. It might be that a 'lone wolf' flips his or her lid and ends up doing something extreme? The only (sort of) sanity I've heard in the last 24 hours has come from Sir Charles Walker (1922 vice chairman) who suggested that Pratt Wancock needs to offer his resignation. But I think the country is trapped, basically, I'm sorry to say.

Britain does not have a written constitution. The law proceeds by precedent and a new precedent has been set.

Johnson did not actually do this. Generalissimo Hancock did. As Secretary of State for "health" (what a sad bad joke) he used the 1984 Health Act to make new "Statutory Regulations". These are a kind of executive order that require no scrutiny or oversight.
The Simon Dolan case was all about abuse of power by Hancock. The Supreme Court refused to even hear the Dolan case, and so I now say the UK is dealing with Generalissimo Hancock.
Because of those precious lords and ladies on the Supreme Court, Herr Hancock now has more power than BoJo, and even the Queen. He can make new laws on the spot, without consulting parliament or anybody else.
