Hi

I think that we've reached the point of no return. I am in sackcloth and ashes, I voted for the chump, I know I was warned about character floors and boy have they made themselves obvious. For a while I gave him the benefit of the doubt, possibly the 'long covid' that they tell us about, but no, the stupid tosser's smitten, under the thumb, and Carrie along with that odius cnut Gove are running the country, or at least what passes for!

I always thought that his lovelife would catch him out, just not in this way, I was thinking of one of Piers Morgans' headlines.. 'Boris shags US Trade Envoy' or something like that, not this, this is worse.

So really his departure is key, and if I were a Tory backbencher I'd be getting a bit concerned, all this Green Crap which are Boris's own words is the final straw. WE DID NOT VOTE FOR THIS. I'm not anti environment and believe that there are little things we all could do to help, but all that holier than thow twaddle just annoys me.

The version I voted for has gone, the version we've got now ( is this the cheapo made in PRC crap one? ) he will continue to sail on in the wrong direction overly influenced by the girlfriend, Sage, Gove, Wancock and co, so HE HAS TO GO, any potential candidate would have to promise not to do LOckdowns, restrict families and small businesses otherwise the Tory membership would never vote for them.

Thanks peeps I enjoy reading your contributions and find it a huge help to get through these exceedingly dark times. BTW are there any fellow sceptics in Cumbria? We need a meet.

I agree to an extent...
I voted Boris and got Corbyn.
I deliberately did NOT vote for a tree hugging virtue signaller who wants to ban the only useful form of transport and replace with something worse, destroy the local environment with hideous, inefficient wind farms etc and that was BEFORE he went full on authoritarian with covid.

*BUT* there's a problem here. There are no competent politicians in the party to take over.
If he goes look at the usual suspects to replace him. Lockdown fanatic and all round back stabber Gove?
Raab?
Sunak has potential a few years down the line but not *yet*.

To me it seems anyone replacing Boris will be even worse regarding lockdown.

Never ever liked him, always saw him as a dangerous runaway train, and always thought he would be an utter disaster for this country, and so it has proved.
It a straight RED for me.

Boris is a problem but if we get a replacement who is still following The Great Reset agenda nothing will change. What is required is somebody with the guts to call out this Scam for what it is and who is determined to change course and attempt to take us back to where we were. Sadly, I do not believe we have anybody in the country who is up to the job. The closest contender is Nigel Farage but I do not believe he appreciates the scale of the disaster we face.
