I went to a major teaching hospital yesterday to donate platelets [donations have carried on throughout Lockdown, can I put in a quick plug to 'sign up!']. The Bloods unit was quiet, so it was masks off, coffee during the procedure, and a gentle discussion about Boris' rule of 6. I dont think Boris has many supporters for this rule amongst the front line staff, who are all sensible, seasoned healthcare professionals; not many bedwetters there.
