U.K. Medicines Regulator MHRA Says it Has “No Process” to Follow Up Vaccine Adverse Event Yellow Card Reports
In response to an FOI, the UK medicine's regulator MHRA stated its "does not hold a process for investigation of individual Yellow Card reports". It also revealed it is not subject to any safety audits.
